Samba: vista - backup utility does not work

I tried to use the vista backup utility (provided with the business/ultimate version) to backup data on my nas for example to \\host\backup.

But after I entered username and password, I always receive error:

Cannot create a file when that file already exists. (0x800700B7)

Seems to be a problem with the smbd version 3.0.14a of the nas ... Still have no solution for this problem :-(
